Crew Board was founded in 2021 by a team of former tradespeople and labor organizers who saw a growing problem: the best workers in America were being funneled into gig platforms that offered no health insurance, no retirement plans, and no job security.
We built Crew Board to flip that script. Every employer on our platform is verified for compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and benefit requirements. If they do not offer real benefits, they do not get listed.

How do you verify employers?
Every employer goes through a multi-step verification: business license, insurance documentation, OSHA compliance history, and benefit package review. Employers that fail any check are not listed.
Do all jobs include benefits?
Yes. Health insurance, retirement plans, and paid overtime are minimum requirements to list on Crew Board. We verify benefit packages before any job goes live.
Can I use Crew Board if I’m not in a union?
Absolutely. While we partner with union locals, Crew Board is open to all skilled workers — union and non-union alike. Many of our listed jobs are open-shop as well.
